To accomplish the abovegoal we choose specific methods. Starting by the selectionof plants, we select plants varieties which suit our climates ina best way, so they need less chemicals to recover in case of any plantdisease.
Also, if we must usechemicals, not only select the soft action items, buttheir use is applied many days before the product collection,according to the rules denoted by each therapeutic method.
We donotuse chemical forreproduction (hormones etc). Weuse several years now bumblebees,the knownnumskull of greenhouses.
Our greenhouses are fullyautomated, regarding air circulation, temperature, irrigation,feeding and lighting conditions, while personnel, in shifts, remainalways near by the plants to cover their needs.
Main water quantitiesused, are collected by a giant RAIN collecting system, by using thethousand ofsquare meters of the roofs of our greenhouses.
The natural moisture andthe plenty of sun all over the year not only minimize the power needs,but also helpthe products to gain an attractive color and a special natural smell.
